My name is Marco Montina, and I’m an Italian luthier specializing in the construction of original guitars.
My background in mechanical engineering and mechatronics led me to work in fields related to technical design and composite materials, such as cycling and winter sports.

These experiences have shaped my mindset: mechanical precision, functionality, and structural efficiency.
In 2021, I combined these skills with my training in classical plucked instrument making and restoration, and opened my workshop to focus exclusively on building guitars.

Today I design instruments that blend innovation, functionality, and playability, built around the components — not the other way around.
At the heart of every Montina guitar is my patented neck-to-body joint, the first in the world 3D-printed using advanced materials. It ensures perfect alignment, exceptional stability, and extreme portability.

Each instrument is fully crafted in my workshop using high-quality Made in Italy components, with craftsmanship and a design-driven approach — made for musicians who seek performance, durability, and originality.
